K'en T'em Member Development

KTLP MEMBER DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
These positions are designed to be tailored to the interests of the individual members selected, providing valuable experience in up to four different departments of their choice. It's a chance to learn and grow professionally, regardless of age or experience. The program runs for 12 weeks, at 20 hours per week.

We are thrilled to announce two positions available under the K'en T'em Member Development Program.As the inaugural year of this program, we will be selecting two applicants to participate in the first cohort of the K'en T'em Member Development Program.


These positions are designed to be tailored to the interests of the individual members selected, providing valuable experience in up to four different areas of interest of their choice. It's a chance to learn and grow professionally, regardless of age or experience. We are dedicated to making this program as flexible and accommodating as possible for the chosen members, ensuring they get the most out of it. At the end of the development program, they will receive a Certificate of Completion and an Employment Reference Letter, marking a significant achievement.

This year, the following areas are available for gaining experience (max 4):

  • Print and Design

  • Administration

  • Communications (Social Media, and Graphic Design) and Engagement (Community Connection)

  • Finance

  • Human Resources

  • Environmental Services

  • Cultural Heritage

  •  

  • The program has the following three options to apply for:1) 12 weeks, at part-time (280 hours total).2) 6 weeks, at full time (280 hours total).3) 6 weeks at part-time (140 hours total).
    Compensation: $21.00 per hour
