K’en T’em Limited Partnership’s Strategic Plan sets out our shared vision for the future, grounded in nłeʔképmx identity, culture, traditions, values and principles.

Developed with input from our participating communities, the plan reflects the priorities and aspirations of our people and our responsibility to tmixʷ (the land). It guides how we grow our businesses, strengthen relationships, create opportunities for our members and ensure our work continues to benefit future generations.
